Need an appointment?
Our practice operates a Clinician Triage Appointment System. This means that all patient requests for medical help, advice, or appointments are first reviewed (triaged) by a clinician — a Doctor, Nurse, or Pharmacist.
After assessing your request, the clinician will decide on the most appropriate way to help. This may include:
An urgent or routine appointment with a clinician, either at the practice or by telephone.
- Advice or information provided by email or SMS.
- Issuing a prescription.
- Directing you to a service outside the practice that can best meet your needs.
