When the surgery and i:HUB are closed call 111 for the out of hours GP service.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999.

If you are COVID-19 positive please do not come into any of our buildings, unless absolutely necessary / specifically invited in by a clinician.

Patients without respiratory symptoms or who are COVID-19 negative no longer need to wear face masks when coming in for an appointment, unless this is their personal preference.

Do you have a query about COVID-19 or COVID-19 vaccinations?

If one of our clinicians test positive for COVID-19 we may need to cancel your pre-booked appointment at short notice. We apologise in advance if this affects you or a member of your family. If you have a pre-booked appointment and do not hear from us please assume that your appointment is going ahead as normal.

If you need to come into any of our surgeries and have respiratory symptoms (coughs, wheezing, etc.) please continue to wear a facemask / face covering, if tolerated. This is for the safety of our other patients, our staff and our community. Clinicians seeing these patients will wear masks as part of their personal protective equipment (PPE).

The Northern Medical Centre team is pleased to introduce Dr Justin Reid to the practice as our new Clinical Lead. Drs Thakore and Yuen have now left the practice and we wish them both a fond farewell. Dr Wheatley, Dr Patel, Dr Pakter, Dr Mandavia, Dr Shah, Dr Ruddy and Nurse Vanessa will continue to care for you from Holloway Community Health Centre. Dr Fardon will still care for our patients in care homes that we support.

Patients are seen at 11 Hornsey Street, London, N7 8GG, where we will share the building with Holloway Community Health Centre services. At the point of booking, you will be reminded of the change in site and will also receive a text reminder.

Our practice telephone number remains the same: 0203 817 3975

Should you have any suggestions to improve how the Practice operates or manages its services, please complete a Friends and Family Test feedback form.
